Today I decided I had time, and after reading something more (http://mightyohm.com/blog/products/hv-rescue-shield-2-x/) did on Board of experiences to see if my beautiful atmega was returning to hear me….

True low cost arduino

February 19th, 2012 by Miguel Ferreira | In: Arduino

With half a dozen euros is an arduino, stable and functional.
Bill of material:
- 1 ATMEGA328p
- 1 16 MHz Xtal
- 1 USB2Serie
Some hard wire
A white card and everything is experiences :)
Didn't have the exact value of account that this cost me, but plan to add these pieces all as a kit to sell, the low-cost course.

Soon I'll post more about this topic.

In Barometric Sensor Ethershield

February 13th, 2012 by Fábio Souza | In: Arduino, Arduino, ATMEGA, ATMEL, Electronics, Intranet and Internet, Programming

This is a preliminary test of a barometric sensor connected to an Arduino board with homemade ENC28j60, that allows you to read the atmospheric pressure in real time using I2C in PA (Pascal) from the point where. It also makes reading of temperature. Is a strong candidate to stay in several projects intended for meteorology   homely.

My Homemade Arduino

September 16th, 2011 by Miguel Ferreira | In: Arduino, ATMEGA, ATMEL, Blog

As my old arduino was sold (for wine or for something useful), I decided to do a 100% compatible but without the bugs that I had…

Homemade Arduino with ENC28J60

September 7th, 2011 by Fábio Souza | In: Arduino, Arduino, ATMEGA, ATMEL, Blog, Electronics, Intranet and Internet, Programming

After I complain of my Arduino     Duemilenove   due to lack of current to power other devices, I decided to build my own   in perforated plate, with a 20 MHz crystal, a       and an LM317 1A bus to connect ENC28J60.   the part belonging to the Arduino occupies as much or less than the original PCB.

Below is the part of the Arduino to function in full, with a FTDI USB RS232 Board   and the external power.

USBtinyISP AVR Atmel

An excellent way to reprogram Arduinos, among others…

Already bought a few months valiant this programmer, It costs about 15 €, Although you can find between 10 e 40, but decided to purchase where trust and, the past two weeks came, everything ok and functional, the first test I did was with my ‘old’ Arduino UNO (We have already dispatched for some time).

Meteorological Station (Arduino ATMEGA328)

June 29th, 2011 by Miguel Ferreira | In: Arduino, Arduino, Blog, Electronics, Programming, projects

Since some time I have been to develop a meteorological station for the Free Flight Club of Caramulo with an Internet connection to update in real time….

Arduino + ENC28J60 - Estação Meteo de testesThis spaghetti of wires is only one Arduino (changed to 20 MHz) with a network card based on chip ENC28J60 (better than Wiz official), is so linked only to tests of UPTIME and reliability. So far has an uptime of about 2 months and, taking into account that my cat engraçou with temperature sensor…

The first version I made this station is based on the Arduino UNO with the official network adapter (The Wiz between 25 e 50 euros) – A huge waste of money, the second is based on the same in the arduino but this time with a much cheaper (between 14 the 30 euros) and witheurosoubt much more reliable

Now, I am trying to remove all of the potential problems that can happen to me – that being said the main source of problems is the own arduino… Result: use the ATMEGA328 for its ease of programming and information quantity, but on a plate made by me, thus reducing costs and making the project a lot more functional.
